Order creation
Main page, commonly used by loan officers to create income and employment verifications. Designed through client feedback, it lets users enter details, preview, and review payment information.

To manage copy and branding across business branches, we introduced Template customizations. Organized by sections, they let users navigate easily, adjust content, and preview changes before publishing.

Workflow setup
I designed a visual workflow builder that lets lenders connect data providers and define fallback paths for incomplete or expired verifications. The branching layout makes the sequence easy to follow, keeping each provider and its conditions visible in one place.

Order information
I brought verification results and order activity into a single view. Loan officers can navigate between employers and report sections, review borrower data, and track progress through a timeline, with quick access to refresh an order or download the report.

PDF customization
I designed report settings that let lenders choose which sections appear in their PDFs and adjust details such as account history and deposit thresholds. A side-by-side preview shows how these choices affect the report before publishing.

Components
Each dashboard component was documented with status tags (“Ready for development” or “On production”) and a last edited date. Components included detailed anatomy with margins and paddings to support pixel-perfect implementation, as well as usage examples and do’s & don’ts to guide correct usage in the dashboard.

Page templates
I created page templates for key types: Table, Settings, Full-screen, and others to ensure consistency across the dashboard. When updates were needed, I adjusted the template itself, which applied changes broadly. Because the design system was a published library, all projects automatically received the latest version.
