The Support Tickets section lets admins and loan officers create and track requests by category. Once submitted, users can view responses from the Truv team and chat directly within the ticket.

To improve the user experience, I manually created 100+ company logo SVGs and updated them in the database. Each icon follows a unified grid to ensure visual consistency.

Each dashboard component was documented with status tags (“Ready for development” or “On production”) and a last edited date. Components included detailed anatomy with margins and paddings to support pixel-perfect implementation, as well as usage examples and do’s & don’ts to guide correct usage in the dashboard.

I created page templates for key types: Table, Settings, Full-screen, and others to ensure consistency across the dashboard. When updates were needed, I adjusted the template itself, which applied changes broadly. Because the design system was a published library, all projects automatically received the latest version.
